What we collect

When you fill in our form or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code and any details you share about the items you need removed.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your request, schedule a pickup, prepare a price and do the work you ask for. Your request may be passed to the local crew that handles the job. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Job records are kept as long as tax rules require.
